I researched my flatbed scanner manual and found out how to creat a PDF document that would scan every page in. I scanned Earl's short story, Fruit of Spain, which is typewritten 15 pages, Historical fiction about 4,800 words.
This story is set in the Philipines shortly after control there passed from Spain to the United States. A small group of soldier-telegraphers encounter the scene of native hostility.
